Warranty Information
Kem cards are warranted meaning that they are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defect. You should always inspect your cards prior to playing to ensure there are no defects. If you discover a defect such as a misprint, slice or mis-cut, you must contact the Kem warranty department and file a warranty claim. You will be provided further instructions upon communicating with the warranty department.
Please note that Kem cards are not guaranteed to last forever. Warranties will not be honored for cards damaged during the normal course of play. Please revert to the replacement card program for these types of issues.
